Return / Exchange Policy:
Arcadia will exchange or refund full-priced purchased goods within 10 days of the order's delivery date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, with price tags intact. Refunds will not be issued until Arcadia has received the returned items and goods have been processed. All goods must be received by us within 10 days of the date the item was delivered to you. No exceptions will be given.
All jewelry, vintage, hosiery and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. Arcadia reserves the right to refuse any returned item. Items purchased under promotional sales are refundable based on the policy listed above.
For all returns & exchanges, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at email@example.com to confirm your intention to return and receive your Return number. Returns made without prior notification will not be processed. For merchandise exchanges, Arcadia will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges back to Arcadia if items are being exchanged or returned.
